1. Using Turkfest
You may use Turkfest to browse cultural events, artists, and cities, save events, follow artists or cities, and receive notifications where enabled. You must provide accurate information when using account features and keep access to your email account secure.
2. Event information
Turkfest aggregates event information from organizers and other sources. Dates, venues, prices, availability, ticket links, and event status can change. Check the organizer or ticket provider before making travel or purchase decisions.
Turkfest does not sell tickets, guarantee admission, or act as the organizer of events unless explicitly stated.
3. External services
Ticket providers, map applications, email providers, and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. When you follow an external link, your interaction is governed by that provider.
4. Accounts and sign-in
Turkfest uses email magic links for authentication. Do not request links for another person or attempt to access another account. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users or the service.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the app, APIs, notification systems, or database.
- Do not scrape, bulk-query, reverse engineer, or abuse event or user data.
- Do not submit content or links that are unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or infringing.
- Do not impersonate an organizer, artist, user, or Turkfest.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Turkfest useful and available, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, event-data corrections, or security reasons.
7. Intellectual property
Turkfest's software, branding, interface, and original content belong to Turkfest or its licensors. Event, artist, and organizer materials may belong to their respective owners.
8. Account deletion
You can delete your account from the in-app Profile or Privacy Center. See the Data Deletion page for details.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Turkfest is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by law, Turkfest is not responsible for organizer changes, cancelled events, inaccurate third-party information, ticket-provider actions, or losses arising from reliance on event listings.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
