Delete in the app
- Open Turkfest and go to Profile.
- Open Privacy & Data or the account actions section.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the deletion notice, acknowledge it, and type DELETE.
- Confirm the request and keep the app open until the result appears.
What is removed
- Your Supabase Auth account and application profile.
- Saved events, followed artists, and followed cities.
- Notification history, preferences, delivery installations, and consent records.
- Ticket-click and notification analytics associated with your account.
Account deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone, and a later sign-in creates or uses a separate account state.
If the app is unavailable
Email privacy@turkfest.de from the email address associated with your Turkfest account. Do not send passwords, magic-link URLs, access tokens, or other security credentials.
Timing and verification
The app reports whether the deletion request succeeded or failed. If a request fails, your account remains active until deletion completes; retry from the app or contact us. We may retain information only where a legal obligation requires it.
